MY PEARLS OF HEALTH
 
Wellness is like any other life  aspiration…it requires action to reach your goal. The road may have turns and stumbles along the way but with support and tools you can reach and maintain a healthier lifestyle. We want to show you how change does not have to be aa chore but a choice that in time will become an every day habit. A healthier lifestyle doesn't just happen...you create it.

I have chose five areas that an individual can focus on to live a healthier lifestyle and attain a state of wellness.

    many impurities as possible (eliminate &

    detox) 

 

2. Provid the body with the proper

    nourishment

 

3. Allow the body and mind time for rest and

    relaxation

 

4. Remove from your life as many as

    possible unnecessary sources of stress

    and learn positive ways for coping with

    those that remain

 

5. Assist your body's natural capacity to heal

    itself when it becomes unbalanced

The spring course has begun..sign up for the next 12 week online course in the spring  "Changing Your Attitude through Psalms. The cost of the entire twelve weeks is discounted from $120 to $60 (that's only $5 a week) from now until June 30th. Course will begin in July.
