MY PEARLS OF HEALTH
 
Wellness is like any other life  aspiration…it requires action to reach your goal. The road may have turns and stumbles along the way but with support and tools you can reach and maintain a healthier lifestyle. We want to show you how change does not have to be a chore but a choice, that in time will become a habit. A healthier lifestyle doesn't just happen...you create it.

I have chose five areas that an individual can focus on to live a healthier lifestyle and attain a state of wellness.


FOCUS AREAS
 

1. Rid the body and your environment of as

    many impurities as possible (eliminate &

    detox) 

 

2. Provide the body with the proper

    nourishment

 

3. Allow the body and mind time for rest and

    relaxation

 

4. Remove from your life as many as

    possible unnecessary sources of stress

    and learn positive ways for coping with

    those that remain

 

5. Assist your body's natural capacity to heal

    itself when it becomes unbalanced

Soon we will offer a TELEPHONE caregiver and grief support call. We are finding there are individuals who are not able to get out and who may not have access to internet all the time so they miss out on the great support gained from sharing with others walking in their footsteps.
